Motability tracking my vehicle

I have got a Motability vehicle for my father last year & it’s come with a tracker . I received a phone call recently from Motability saying that I am misusing my car & that they will take it away for after 3 months review if I don’t use it according. The situation my father lives in a care & I have my own house but recently I had a baby & have not been able to visit my father , I really think that this unfair . I just wanted to know has this happened to anyone we’re motability have taken your car away & also I dunno what to do as my baby is fairly young & only visit my father twice a week .

My heart bleeds for you. The car should be used for the benefit of the disabled person, but it does not appear that this is happening.

You should do the right thing and hand the car back
