Hi all
I arrived home from work to a letter from UKPC. They have cancelled the parking charge. The letter states "We appreciate the inconvenience this has caused you. It is not our intention to cause undue worry and frustration when enforcing our clients' parking regulations." Of course it causes worry! So thank you to this forum and for the help and replies to my posts. Without this I probably wouldn't have "won" the appeal. Thanks all!0 -

Complain to your new MP after the election and ask what they intend to do about this unregulated scam.
If you get stopped by a prospective candidate beforehand, ask them the same question. You could suggest that their answer might influence your vote.

Hmmm, so recent posts like this one, and others, are telling us that UKPC are not longer contesting the forum template in many cases.
Like they used to do, they are just folding again. Jolly good!
