HTB and S&S ISA

My daughter has £15K in a S&S ISA (Fidelity) this year. Can she also now open a HTB ISA with a different provider?

Yes they are different types of ISA so that would be fine provided she remains within the overall £20k annual contribution limit across all her ISAs.

However with that sort of money she may find the Lifetime ISA more appealing as she can add £4k per tax year for a bigger 25% bonus.
