Parking fine. Premier refusing SAR request

Misterdave
2016 overstayed in a carpark. Was driving my partner's car at the time and back then the information was to ignore the letters. The car park is a bit of a joke and the £100fine for a fifteen minute over stay was a bit excessive. Skip forward. Letter from court amounting to near on £300quid. Going to court with it as amount will be less than the massively inflated bill. My issue currently is reading the newbies thread states do not provide SAR request forms of ID. But the company in question have straight refused to send the information requested and have stated they will close the request unless received. Can anyone advise on the SAR request.
Thanks
Thanks

They can ask for some I.D. The ICO has stated a copy of the V5c is sufficient0

scan the N1 claim form and attach it , plus a copy of the V5c as well0

Thanks very much I will get on that now0

You need to understand that this is playtime with scammers
They have your info from the DVLA so to placate them simply provide a copy of your V5 and a workable email address
NOTHING ELSE0 -
Oh just realised can't send v5 don't own the car0

in that case use a recent utility bill , redact personal info like references or bank details etc but ensure your correct name , address and a recent date are on the bill, scan it or take a picture of it and attach it, same as a copy of the N1 claim form , as 2 forms of I.D.0 -

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?
Did it come from the county Court Business Centre in Northampton, or from somewhere else?0 -

Maybe your mates 'down the pub'?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That is probably far in excess than that which the Law allows, read this

Several judges are now taking a very dim view of such antics.
Nine times out of ten of these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking CompaniesYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
