espresso do I run cleaner to all that are ticked? I don't want to make a mistake and delete files that should be there  Also does it clean from Mozilla Firefox as well?

You can do but you may want to read the help so as to preserve cookies for certain sites e.g. for remembered log-ins etc. It tells you what it does on the link re. Firefox.

Thats killed it!? - no reply :)

There is another useful tool called process explorer. You can sort which processes are hogging your resources. Google these services and check if they are necessary or not.

If you want it to work fast and well without buying memory, then xp might just be the way to go.
GOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time. ;)

Sorry to hear that things are not quite right at the moment.

Did you just use the "cleaner" bit of the programme?

Have you scanned using the "registry" bit to see if there are any issues it throws up there - which can then be fixed?
