Yes if you ordered it either on the phone, or via the Orange website then yes you can send it back, 14 days I think, but dont quote me.
If you upgraded in an Orange shop then no you cant change it.0 -

it is 7 working days for internet & telesales only. This has been effective for around a month. you are only entitled to the statutory distance selling regulations.
7working days from day you have received the handset. You will need to phone up, you will be sent a jiffy bag in the post (7-10 days to arrive) then you need to send back via RM special Delivery at your own cost. It takes ~1-3 days to process the returned upgrade.

Orange don't offer 14 day money back anymore that was stopped 14th Oct 2007
They offer i think 7 days when you get your phone online or by phone
and
28 days if the phone is faulty
but i think thats it0 -

actually NO 3 shook the UK market up and we all reap the rewards since 3/3/03
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
