How many get through the pip assessment 1st time on reasons given.
    According to DWP statistics https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/831020/pip-statistics-to-july-2019.pdf

“For new claims, assessment award rates vary between 55% for claimants recorded as having Psychiatric disorders, and 64% for claimants recorded as having Musculoskeletal disease (general).”
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
  • They are unable to walk unaided and in great pain that they are unable to try. Some days they have to wait 6 hours to go to the toilet as they cannot lift themselves up.

The pip office says there are no parking spaces and the nearest station is 0.2 miles - auto fail. So I will drive them and we have a small holding chair.

We know to put the truth, we will hopefully have more documentation by the pip review.

In respect of the esa one I have medical reports from a range of people as to why the anxiety stress and depression is so bad and these can also be used for pip care.

Thank you for all your comments. May not post for a few weeks until the processes are over. Regards to you all.

That is not the same as being unable to walk, which is what you stated in a previous comment.

Do be aware that for the mobility part then walking inside doesn't count. It's walking outside on level ground but kerbs are included.

For following and planning a journey then using a sat nav isn't classed as an aid.

I'd advise you to have a read of the links that Alice posted above, they contain very useful information.
