how do i find out my isp adress with virgin media also if i change the connection on my computer to modem from usb to ehernet do i have to change any settings on my computer thankyou ps am trying to set up wireless router

Have you set up WPA encryption? Have you entered the same key into the laptop that you entered into the router?
