Rabies sounds about right for 3 jabs and about 500

    According to the NHS
You'll usually have to pay for the rabies vaccine if you need it for protection while travelling.

The vaccine course involves 3 doses. Each dose usually costs around £40 to £60, with a full course typically costing around £120 to £180

£174 for full 3 dose course in Superdrug.
    £180 in bootz

Thanks I must of miss remembered, thinking the full course was per jab :o

Apparently though they suggest rabies for visiting the UK  (I'm currently in canada) so was trying to find the UK websites for costs but came across this:

"Yes, some vaccines are recommended or required for United Kingdom. The PHAC and WHO recommend the following vaccinations for the United Kingdom: hepatitis A, hepatitis B, rabies, meningitis, polio, measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis), chickenpox, shingles, pneumonia and influenza."
Thanks to money saving tips and debt repayments/becoming debt free I have been able to work and travel for the last 4 years visiting 12 countries and working within 3 of them. Currently living and working in Canada

That post has now been removed.
I noticed yesterday that that poster had been bumping a number of old-ish threads.

Such owners of pharmacies make me come angry. Does it really so difficult to make your work good, on high quality for not huge amount of money? Moreover, if you have named the price, then what for do you take another number of money in the end? Such people make me think about making my own pharmacy. Likely for me, there is such possibility nowadays - pharmacies for sale, which are like full business, and all you need is just to have enough money for buying and first distributions. Hope the day, when I'll buy it is near. I won't be, like this owner, believe in me.

    Say what now?
