I think I'd go further than disputing, and 'invite the court to find' (always a good phrase for WS and hearings) that it is impossible to conclude that the ANPR camera clock(s) at the in and out cameras were synchronised with the PDT machine.

    There's a typo on ANPR.

And Fruitcake gave you this authority to cite which actually helps you in two ways and you need to append this transcript and quote from it:
With regards the overpayment, the judge in NCP vs HMRC stated that this was taxable and treated as part of the parking operator's income. You could therefore argue that this covered any alleged overstay, or should have been deducted from any monies allegedly owed.

It helps you in the way that Fruitcake says due to your overpayment, and it helps you if you search it for 'green button' (or search the forum for NCP green button witness statement to copy the words written already in another thread or several!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Indeed, I would echo the above

you've repeat3 a lot of 6.1 in 6.2. If you use a piece of legislation 3 times you need to shorten it in following. Call it "the act" or similar.

    Hi All,
    A quick update...
This afternoon I received the Notice of discontinuation from BW Legal, which was great news. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone again.
However the more the day wore on, the more angrier I got at the effort I put in just for them to walk away. I shall be complaining to anyone who will listen about BW Legal, but I was wondering if there is anything else that I can do?. The time I have spent on preparing everything, is starting to rankle me more and more.

Why not join us here and offer advice based on your first-hand experience to newbies who follow in your footsteps in the coming weeks and months. You can do significantly greater parasite damage than any issuing of your own MCOL claim against them for a couple of hundred quid - real painful damage!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They have wasted your time, now waste some of theirs, send them a letter before action, it may cost them  few pounds to reply, and you have no obligation to follow through.
