Florida Masters/Major Travel

Has anyone had any dealings with Florida Masters? We are due to travel to America in 4 weeks all booked through them but not getting anywhere trying to find out seating on flight, villa address etc. What should I do?
Any advice would be gratefully received.

I think you may find Major Travel is just being used to provide some of the holiday components that Florida Masters have put together for you.

If you post your flight number, route and travel dates, you may find someone will be able to tell you the aircraft type and seating options.

Depending on what holiday villa you have booked you may or may not know the actual physical address until arrival. If you booked a named villa you should have the address pre departure. If you booked a named villa sub-division (such as Windsor Hills, Westhaven etc) or a generic villa (such as Disney Area Villa, Standard Orlando Villa etc) you may not get an address until arrival. All very normal. Nothing to be concerned about.
