What would a reasonable pay increase request be?

i know they want me!
Well, bear in mind right now you are cheap to them. They may well not have been so generous if you were already on a high salary.
Still if you are going to be doing business development then the best thing you can do to negotiate is ask for commission. That's a win win, if you earn it it means they earn even more.0 -
That's partly what i'd try to negotiate, either they give me 2 days of total flexibility and WFH and no salary increase or a good salary increase.
in money terms I probably benefit the most with a lower salary but WFH with my own schedule0 -

What?.....Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
Why are you not looking at market rates in similar jobs / industries.0

I think she means that they've paid company or statutory maternity pay even though she is only entitled to Mat Allowance.
yes, exactly. So in the end I'm getting 12 weeks of full pay on top of my maternity allowance.
As I don't qualify for SMP they don't get any of the tax rebates.
Ive already looked at average pays , that would.be double my salary at the very least so I'm sure they won't pay that.
Speaking to an colleague he said that the owner has a massive business expansion in mind and that I'm part of its. His suggestion was to also ask for a very decent amount as he's sure our boss will negotiate down but that he's not stupid and he wouldn't lose me over "pennies" Vs earning potential for the company.0
