All health issues stopped after i stopped using the JL orthopedic mattress0 -
I suspect the mattress may have some health & safety problems. I dont want risk some one else's health. more likely it goes to a skip
It's all talk though, isn't it.0 -

Just telling them that you think their mattress made you vomit is not going to get you anywhere, and it hasn't. They probably suspect you made it up after having buyer's remorse.
You're sure it's a real problem, so the onus is on you to get the necessary medical report to back your view. John Lewis have done nothing wrong here, their customer service isn't "sick" and neither are they "unethical". I'm afraid you come across as hysterical and unreasonable so if that's how you approached them about the matter, I'm not surprised they weren't prepared to help.
I dont think so. JL not really trying to understand the problem with the mattress. JL processes in not ethical keeping customer in mind0 -

When it comes to ethical behaviour, I suggest you look into the ethics of making a fairly serious allegation about the safety of a retailer's product without providing any evidence. If you're certain that the mattress is unsafe, go back to the doctor, get a report on what s/he thinks might be causing your illness and construct a properly-written letter to JL setting out your concerns, supported by the GP's notes. If you can't be bothered to do such a basic thing, you're not really in a position to allege unethical behaviour.0 -
