Ovo Energy Experian concern

Morning folks.
On checking my Experian credit report through mse credit club i noticed Ovo Energy have marked numerous "U" markers (unclassified) against monthly payments over the last 20 months as well as the usual green ticks on other months. I contacted both Experian and Ovo (no response).
Experian came back with this..
Unclassified Account - Status U!!
A status code of U on a credit account means 'Unclassified' and companies use it in the following circumstances:
- At the start of an account when the lender is allowing time for administration to be set up.
- When you are waiting for goods to be delivered.
- When you have received the goods but payment is not due to start yet.
- When there is a dispute over payment or over the goods received. The status U should be used until the dispute is resolved.
- When the account is not being used.
I emailed them back saying i was concerned about the impact of this on my file and i had proof I'd paid them etc. They've now emailed back to say my account has been updated. Still no response from OVO though. On checking the other two CRA's it appears OVO only reports to Experian.
Anyone else had a similar issue? Guess its not as bad as a missed payment marker but still frustrating as looks like a blemish on my record.
