Thomas Cook flights booked through Condor

Apologies if this has already been asked in another thread but I can’t find anything.
I booked and paid for Thomas Cook flights to USA through Condor. I paid with Credit Card and it is Condors name that is shown on my statement and not Thomas Cook. Now that Thomas Cook have ceased trading, I know that I won’t be flying with Thomas Cook but I have a few queries:
Who do I claim a refund from? As I paid Condor shouldn’t they refund me?
Is there a chance that Condor may put on replacement flights since they are still trading?
I have contacted Condor through an Online chat (I wasn’t able to contact them by phone) and asked these questions but didn’t get an answer. Instead I was directed to the Thomas Cook website which had a standard message on and link but that didn’t answer my query
EDIT
I know Condor are still flying but I forgot to say that my flights are from Manchester with Thomas Cook airlines

How was this paid? In store or online?
Given the debit is showing as Condor it could still be a valid bookingLife in the slow lane0 -
I paid online on Condors web site for flights in May 20200

I am not quite sure why Thomas Cook Group decided to sell some U.K. flights under the Thomas Cook Airlines banner and some under Condor. It is certainly adding complexity into the mire at the moment.
If this was a MT flight prefix and an ex U.K. flight bound for the USA it will not be operating.
If this is a DE flight prefix and ex Germany then, for now, Condor flights may operate. With the German government’s short term loan to help Condor, they are giving it an extra life line to hopefully have someone buy the airline as a going concern.0 -
TC were selling some odd flights via Germany to the US but this does not appear to be one of them. Your flight certainly does not exist anymore and Condor have been thrown a lifeline but there is no guarantee how long that will last. Since there is no payment to TC I doubt your card issuer will be interested, so the only claim you make is against Condor and I would do it sooner rather than later0

I don’t even know how to contact Condor! I have tried phoning and just get a recorded message about Thomas Cook. I can’t find an email address. All I have managed is an online chat which was no use whatsoever and just referred me to the Thomas Cook website. I have telephoned my credit card company and they took details over the phone so I just have to wait until they contact me which could be in 45 days :huh:0

I am having the exact same issue. Condor Airlines advertised flights to GOA which I found on both Google Flights and Skyscanner.
I booked directly from Condor's website and it was only after my transaction did it show that my flights had been put through Thomas Cook airlines. I can't find any information on who is liable for this transaction.
If anyone has any advice on my rights as a consumer in this instance it would be greatly appreciate. As it is flights only I am also not ATOL protected so have begun my process with my credit card company - Monzo.
However, I do feel Condor have a responsibility in providing this transaction from their website to Thomas Cook. I can't find any laws outlining my rights - please help as I'm nearly £1,000 out of pocket!!0
