PPI refused but I have 3 documents with proof.

    Being told it was compulsory when it was not is a missale reason. However, it is a weak reason because there is virtually no chance of evidence existing to support your allegation. Hence why it is weak.

    Every try-it-on/fraudulent complaint also makes the same allegation and half of those don't even have PPI. There has to be something that points to it being likely to have happened.
    6 months full pay then 6 months half pay with redundancy in place

    That is a good complaint reason where it is a short term unsecured loan (but not a long term/secured loan). You dont mention the debt types that the PPI was related to.

    Plus you could of cancelled the PPI a few months after it starting as you would see it every month on your statements.:o
