I am the bearer of great news. The telephone hearing related to this took place today and we won! The judge dismissed BW legal's claim on the grounds that the signs were unclear and poorly positioned and awarded us costs!
Thank you for all the advice. This forum gave me the knowledge and confidence to take these chancers on and I will do so again if necessary.
Interesting, of late we see judges kicking these bods out of court for reasons other than abuse of process
