Royal Mail - opting out of items being left with neighbours?

Can anyone advise what the name of the service is where you can specify that you do not want items to be left with neighbours?

I've searched RM's web site and couldn't find it. Thanks

It looks like they will send out a sticker with that on.

We've spent six months trying to get one of those stickers! They're rarer than hens teeth at my local sorting office. Will try the form instead!

They are rare because the process is to fill in the form and officially opt out..........

If you had Googled the title of your post, it would have been the first hit.

I thought searching for it on the RM site was the most obvious way to go. It's almost as though they don't want customers to find it . .

Okay. If you put the title of this thread into the search on Royal mail site.
The page for leave with neighbour including opt out is the first hit.
