Royal Mail - opting out of items being left with neighbours?

Can anyone advise what the name of the service is where you can specify that you do not want items to be left with neighbours?
I've searched RM's web site and couldn't find it. Thanks

They are rare because the process is to fill in the form and officially opt out..........0 -
