PCN from VCS at Liverpool Airport

Hi all, new to this stuff so please bear with me.
Just received a PCN for stopping at LJLIA for 7 seconds in the stop control zone. Advice please community and some pointers if poss in approach.

Read the sticky thread for NEWBIES then send the appeal template in blue, from the keeper, that you will find there.

Also use the Search facility, set to "show posts" and look for other JLA cases. Also look up byelaws, grace periods, and the Jopson vs Homehuard case where the judge defined stopping as opposed to parking.

Do not reveal the driver's identity.

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.


Oh ... and using a phone to browse the site can cause problems.. so please try a laptop/PC
