Travelling in December FX Pound Strength concerns

Options
I will be travelling to Thailand and Phillipines for a month or so over xmas and concern is worry the pound could be even weaker by then.

Is it possible to have an account in Thai baht now with an ATM card I could use over there?
Either way suppose its a gamble.

Any ideas welcomed

I think Revolut let you do this in all but two currencies, the Russian Rouble and I fear the Thai Bhat. Certainly worth checking with them as it's a great card to travel with.

Revolut is not suitable for use in Thailand, because of it's £200 per month ATM withdrawal limit and relatively poor exchange rate for that currency pairing.

You can hedge your bets, by exchanging your £s to US$ using Revolut and then changing back to £s and sending them back to your bank account just before you leave.

Then you can use a Starling Bank/Halifax Clarity combo for travel.
