Impact of someone elses credit history

Hi, Could anyone advise on the below scenario please, basically I'm concerned this will affect my own credit history which is near perfect.
A family member has a very poor credit history and ultimately was declared bankrupt a few years ago. They are currently living between B & B's so they don't have a fixed address. They have used my address with their name to set up a bank account and obviously all their correspondence comes to my house. I am worried that this will have a negative impact on me and my family as it now links them to my address.
Should I be worried and what course of action should I take, although I have already told them to stop using my address.

THere's nothing to worry about.
Credit files belong to individuals, not front doors.0 -
Credit accounts are linked to people not addresses.
Tell your family member to stop using your address and, if necessary, post the letters back as "person not at this address".0 -

As above, credit files are linked to individuals, not addresses. The negative credit history of someone living at your address will only affect your ability to get credit if you have any JOINT financial products with them (bank accounts, loans, mortgages, etc), otherwise they will have absolutely no bearing on you.0
