Is Plusnet Down

Hi

I've had no working mobile for three days now. Whenever I try to make a call I get the message 'Not Registered on Network'.

I have removed sim and re-inserted it.

I have switched the phone off and then restarted but same messages. I cant receive calls either.

Have tried searching outage info but the Plusnet site doesnt mention it. In fact it says no problems reported.

I will give that a try. Thanks.
  • Plusnet piggy backs off EE so check EE's website for your area in case there is an outage with them. Networks that piggy back (which is basically everybody except Vodafone, o2, EE and Three) are at the mercy of their home networks so if EE has a problem in your area then Asda Mobile, BT Mobile and Virgin Mobile to name but three will have problems too.

Very weird, tried it in another phone and it worked. Put it back in my phone (so this was the third time the sim had been taken out and replaced) and bingo, the phone is now working again :j

    Many thanks
