I'm going to court tomorrow to defend my case, and have spent many hours reading POFA etc.



Your post was very helpful on what to expect, I won't have CM by my side so I have a smaller chance of winning but even if I lose, I've still stood up to an intimidating parking company and not just given them easy money.

You need to read the NEWBIES thread on how to appeal, and THEN (and only after reading the sticky tread) post a new thread of your own making it clear it's about NCP.

I just received Court Claim Form from county court business centre about East estigate OPS incident today. The issue date is 22th January 2020. I am now trying to read as many as posts about court claim/defences on the forum. If you can help me to show your template, that would be really appreciated. Many thanks.

It would be better to start your own thread with this information. You will then get bespoke help and guidance.

I've added you to my contacts so you can pm me if you need help later when you get a court hearing, as I am local to Lewes if you are there.
