Maybe your sisters have had other items from your granmother's house, such as jewellery over the years, hence the reason you are getting the car.
No I would not split it with my sisters, nor my husband! If I had to sell the car, I would put the money in an ISA or similar, let everything calm down, then sort out what I would do with the money 6 months or so on.

I'm very sorry for your loss - and then to find yourself in this situation.
I think kazwookie's advice to stash it in a bank for a while while feelings calm down a bit is wise, unless as Sea Shell hypothesises, you have a debt that grandmother might have known of & wanted you to sort out as is eminently sensible.
Please do not let anyone railroad you over this money - it comes from your family to you & it is your choice.
Could I suggest getting an approximate value for the inherited car off autotrader and rounding down a bit to help manage expectations, hopes & wishes & then not saying exactly how much you got for your old car, again playing it down.
Some people can get amazingly steamed over even rather small amounts, and we've no idea why grandmother made the decision she did or when. Which leaves you having to cope with grief and gratitude and trying to second-guess the lady while others are being vocal.
Play for as much time as you can, get accurate figures and see if an obvious path forward suggests itself within the family.0
