Spent a little time in the garden. Rose bushes planted and some prep done for veg growing.

Had a look to see if any supermarket still delivers in bags and saw an article saying Mr T and Mr S are not using bags - so I decided to use Mr A. Filled my online trolley only to get to the checkout and find 'no bags' - trolley is now empty and I'm sulking.

I do recycle all bags as bin bags.

I surely am not the only one who doesn't want to unload my shopping items individually at the doorstep :(

Looks like I'm going to go back to shopping the old fashioned way - eugh!

oh - that washing is still in the machine - better unload it. Going to rain until Wednesday according to the weather forecast so airer and radiators it is then.

Back from a nice day out. Too tired to fly now, it will have to wait until tomorrow! I am going to do some supper, reset the kitchen and relax with my book.

Have a lovely evening all x

Morrisons still do bags and you can give them back to the driver on your next delivery and you get the money back

  • Morning all - stupid work craziness means my house has descended into hovelness. I need to get back on track today as mum and dad are staying tonight (flying back from their hols) and I'm away for work for 3 days.

    So:
    Mount Washmore to conquer
Every room in the house to tidy
Roast dinner to prep and cook, serve and clear up
Pack to go away for work
Desperate to do some decluttering in the kitchen too - but not sure that's going to happen.

Might not seem a lot, but each item is huge.

    Have a lovely Sunday everyone.

    Morning all

Sunday Willi reporting for duty here :D

I am behind this week with a busy week next week so I need to get caught up. Plan for today...
Washing - first load in now, weather is awful so I will be limited to what will fit on the airers.
    Whole house vac and dust
Batch cooking and food prep as we are out 3 evenings this week
    More insurance stuff to do
    House admin
    Clean kitchen
    Clean bathroom
    Prep for work tomorrow
    Change bedding

I have the energy of a sloth this morning so I need to find some GUAG and get moving! Tea first and then jump in the shower to try and wake myself up.

    Back later with progress report

    Morning Sunday Willi

    Ditto with washing here.

I had the energy of a sloth yesterday - maybe it's a Willi thing? I didn't properly wake up until I was having coffee with L. When I came home there was cycling. athletics and Strictly needing my attention so that was that then (should be :o but I'm hey ho :D)

WM has stopped swishing so the laundry shuffle will begin. Then I'll get dressed.
