Did your parents speak to the site manager before putting up the second shed? Maybe the reason other people have two is that they had spoken to the manager beforehand and explained what it was for.
Agreed. The park owns the land and must have the final say on what's built. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
The park manager might have reacted differently, had he/she been consulted before the shed site was chosen. According to your description, the manager is incapable of forming an independent judgement, but assuming that is disrespectful. They were having a small shed put up within their property/boundary for my step Dad's mobility scooter and she was on the phone to the park manger not longer after they started complaining that they now had two sheds (neither are unsightly). The next thing the site manager is there taking her side again for no reason. It just seems that no mater what they do this woman constantly hounds them.
We cannot see this shed or the appropriateness of its location. You say that it isn't unsightly, but all sheds have the ability to block light and views, so aesthetics aren't the only consideration.
If the park manager has the capacity to rule on this matter, your parents might have been wise to liaise with them first. However, it's not clear from your post what, if anything, was decided.0 -

They had a second shed a few years ago and it wasn't a problem then but as my step Dad was more mobile he get rid of it and replaced it with a greenhouse (she didn't like that either). It is not a large shed and is being placed next to her shed and is the same size as her's (they only have a small area so she will see it from her window and there is nothing they can do about it).Stash Busting Challenge 2016 6/520 -
But did they get permission from the site manager to erect this shed before doing so? That's all that matters.0
