Paypal limited my account a month ago with £1100 in it. They want me to complete 2 steps... one of which is confirming my bank account. I've done this, but the step does not show as complete. Another option may be to start a claim through the county court to get the money back, but if PayPal are not based in the UK I don't know if that would be possible. They must have a registered UK office though?

What does it say in the terms and conditions of the account about them being able to limit your account and hold onto the funds?
