  • Hi Coupon Mad,
On the Initial Parking website there were several options to pick as my reason for appealing.

I had read on previous threads that I should choose the option “there was not sufficient signage” so this is the option I picked when appealing. There was no “other” option and the next best thing was “I was authorised to park there” which I didn’t pick because of the earlier thread.

Having looked at your post again I noticed you said “DO NOT pick a box that talks about being the driver/not seeing the signs.”

I hastily picked the “there was not sufficient signage” option. I am just wondering... Has this confirmed my driver status and this invalidated me from moving forward in this appeal process? Should I just pay early to avoid the £100?

    Best regards

as keeper you can easily google the signage and decide its not sufficient , plus as keeper you (or me) can also read other threads which also talk about inadequate signage etc , so anyone who wasnt driving, plus the actual driver, can google this information in minutes

one recent poster was advised to complain to the BPA about these online options and INITIAL promised the BPA they would fix it such that a keeper can appeal , as keeper , please find it and read it , then complain as KEEPER to the BPA about those options once more
  • Hi guys,

Just wondering, is this PCN a PoFA compliant example?

    What do you think?

Have you compared it with the requirements of PoFA Schedule 4?

You haven't shown us any of the critical dates on the NtK.
