Argos returns policy question

Do Trespass offer a warranty and if so, did you do what was needed to register it?

Trespass warranty is only for 6 months, I had a rucksack brought though the store which to be fair had been used a few times but one of the plastic buckles on the shoulder strap had broke and the fabric was beginning to tear so I had emailed with photos etc but they said it was out of warranty (by about a year) I was sad I couldn't get any money back and I was in the middle of the Philippians at the time :eek: but knew user abuse was properly the cause but there was no harm in asking even if they say no!
