    Please help!?!?

I have submitted my Bank Charges Reclaim letter to the Royal Bank of Scotland on the 15th June 2007. I believe this was over a month prior to the Test Case was announced. But I am yet to hear back from the bank. Not even a response. I sent another letter last week to this effect and advised that they had 7 days to respond otherwise I would take Court action.

What options do I have if they do not respond? Due to my request being before the test case was announced, do I have a right to continue my claim or will I have to wait until the Test Case is finalised?

I feel as though the Bank charges have had a major affect on my current financial situation which is, in all honesty, not good. I would go as far as saying I have experienced severe Financial hardship due to the ridiculous sums they have debited from my account, some £6000 over a 6 year period!

I would really appreciate any advice you can offer?

Areyo abe to provide proof of postage - recorded delievery proof of signature, special delievery, this would then show if it was recieved, the other point is, its alongtime from June to November, it may be that you may have to wait until the test case is heard.
