In fairness, you've only posted part of the quote and they did say if the place had been repeatedly burgled

And what is wrong with that? I'm talking about a safe storage area for small devices the repair shop does not own to minimise loses in a burglary. You can get ample sized ones for less that £1.5k, that provide cover for £1000s. Or do you presume a safe has to have one of those huge, big round doors with the dial, like the ones you get in the movies? Is that why you find it so hard to believe?
