Cannot access my account

I have had a account here for many years. I forgot my password. I put my email in to recover/reset my password but it says that email address doesn't exist.

I've had that email for many years too. I suppose it's possible I registered with an email prior to that But if that's the case that one is well gone.

So what can I do. I know I exist as I can see all my old posts.
