Yes I do have the case on 27 Sept which the letter confirms that but underneath it says all evidence needs to be delivered to all parties by 30 October 2019? Which is why I'm asking has there been a mistake on the courts part when sending the letter?

Ok that's a relief to hear it's a mistake on their end - i will finalise my WS this week then and get it sent off and add the NoA letter as evidence - thanks Coupon

I'll also start cutting down the WS as advised by Umkomaas
