can a electricity supplier claim from a new tenent credit that was left from a previous tenent when they died in the property

Do you mean claim it back from the new tenent that used it?
Yes, definatly. It was not theirs and they should have got the meter reset upon taking residence.0 -
The credit belongs to the deceased's Estate. Do you know who the Executers/ Administrators are?
