    Do you mean claim it back from the new tenent that used it?


    Yes, definatly. It was not theirs and they should have got the meter reset upon taking residence.

    The credit belongs to the deceased's Estate. Do you know who the Executers/ Administrators are? They have a duty to pay all the deceased's debts, and collect any money owed to him (/her).
