Where did you find them? Loads of dodgy oufits sub contracting people. They've moved on from professional ads in Yellow Pages to fancy websites.
Why does the fan need changing, is the boiler not working? Noisy?0 -
Depending on the model but a fan can cost up to about £150 just for the part. at their prices, (they ripped you off) you can expect the fan replacement to be about £300 so find someone else.
If the fan isn't working how did they service the boiler? I will assume the fan is working, has to be to get the boiler running to service it, so in this case I would also be wanting to know if they are inventing work.0 -

We paid £75 (inc VAT) last week, our combi boiler is only 1 year old and the service was carried out by the same people who fitted it. South East.0
