The rant about Just Eat is a classic.0 -
Presumably you need an area that has a lot of cafes because the owners keep banning you for staying all day?
If I had a cafe and someone was studying or working all day (presumably using my wi-fi) I would expect them to keep ordering drinks all day and a decent lunch. Otherwise, out on their ear.0 -
Just over 12 months ago OP was living in Basildon and about to start a 2 year course at the LSE.
What happened - did he move to the city ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Please let us know where you move to eventually:
Mayfair, defo, the most expensive part.0 -
I always wonder if people working in cafes are really only pretending that they’re working. A bloke near me in a pub the other day was having a business call on his mobile and I swear he wasn’t really talking to anyone. All just a sad act for an audience who don’t care.0
