Why would the person move house without reporting the change of circumstances? All changes must be reported.atlantis187 wrote: »Asking for a friend incase any of you jump down my throat, lol
Do school admissions have any contact with DWP when checking people address. If School admissions we given a tenancy agreement for a new address will they inform the DWP that this person has moved address?0 -
She is only moving temporarily mainly to get her son into that school as its in the catchment. She will be keeping her current property aswell and will be between both properties regularly. Some of her bills will be at the new address and some at the old, there is no claim for housing benefit as she will cover the rent with her own money.
so back to the question do School Admission liase with DWP and vice versa0 -
she better not apply for free school meals or a school clothing grant then, as that would then get linked back to the dwp via the council as they both data match, I'm not sure what other data is matched0

School admissions liaise with different departments to check fraudulent school applications.0

Why are you deleting an already quoted post: nuts.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
Gets on my nerves when people delete, lucky someone quoted so everyone else can see what was asked.
Maybe not the answers they wanted to hear.0 -

Many agents say that renting a home in a catchment area is becoming a growing phenomenon as school places become harder to secure.
Local authorities have become wise to this and now employ ‘school catchment police’ to look at applicants from parents who have recently moved into an area to ensure they are bona fide local residents.0 -
One would wonder, if on benefits. how you could afford to keep two homes going.0
