F rating because of LPG fuel

Just had an EPC carried out in order to rent.out my house. It got an F. Been told that cheapest way to get an E rating would be to change fuel from LPG to oil. As opposed to solar panels, digging up floor etc Calor gas have said they have never heard of this. New regulations March 2019. I am at an absolute loss. Rating says that LPG is 2nd highest price per unit on RDSap. Any one any experiences out there. I need to rent this property out. Thanks in advance.

You might want to read this, it expalins what causes the distortion in favour of Oil.
