CCJ sent to wrong address i have never lived at.

    What exactly am i looking out for, when i enter the case number onto the site it does show me its from county court business centre ? which one do i choose or buy

    No idea I've never looked at the register. What options are you given?

    Check a business, check a person or check case reference.

    So i just ran a check on myself for england and wales and it came back with "no records found". Now thats with putting my own original address but the CCJ i had seen was showing at a different address. So does this mean i dont have a CCJ? Also i checked eligibilty for credit cards and it did come back with credit cards. there were no restrictions. how do i go about this ?

    Tell the site with the erroneous report to correct it.

    How would you know about a CCJ at an address you never lived at? otherwise the would be no address link between those two addresses...

    It was showing on my credit report. I used ClearScore & creditkarma. It only showed up on creditkarma & then I ran a check on checkmyfile and was only showing up with trans union ? But different address on there with my name

    So what created the address link and dont say the ccj( as that wouldnt create the link)
