Smarty how long do you have to activate?

Hi all.
The Smarty website seems to indicate that you can request a sim and activate the service when you are ready to.
Does this mean I can order a sim under the promotional £18.75 for unlimited data deal and then activate it at a later date and have them still honour the £18.75 price or would I have to activate it immediately to get this price?
Also, with this in mind, do you only start paying for service once the sim is activated? It would seem logical that that is the case but it's always worth asking!
Also can you port your existing number into Smarty at any point?
And finally, does Smarty support wifi calling?
