  • I will add I have put a cabin hook on my bedroom door for my personal security when i’m asleep and secure the door when i’m out with a simple d’ring on the door frame with a lock between that and the handle

    The tenancy may well prohibit it, but it still happens. Certainly with rather too many of my tenants: Anyone got evidence of a judge granting a possession order for the sub-letting of just one room? £25 to an agreed housing charity if you can provide.

    Just like - weird and unbelievable - people drive on the M4 at more than 70mph...
