Hey all

I ordered a mobile from sky and was due to be delivered by DPD had the text but was at work when they attempted delivery!

Have tracked the item and says delivered to next door and have been round and they deny signing for it and the signature says someone elses name I have never heard of!

Sky are saying as its delivered I still have to pay 25 a month!!!

What are my options I can get a crime ref number but I really don't want to pay for a phone I didn't get and sky are less than useless!

do dpd have anything to prove who signed for it apart from geo tagging to say where it was?

Any help would be apricated

Did you give permission for it to be delivered to anywhere other than your own address?

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Report it to the police as stolen by the neighbours, get a crime reference number, give that to Sky. If the delivery note gives another address, then that enables you to claim that the contract is void as you never received the phone. It's up to Sky to dispute it with DPD: you have no contract with the latter.
PS: if you tell the neighbours that you are reporting it, them they might suddenly 'remember' and find it...
