100% First Direct. Not only a UK call centre but the phone is answered straight away by a person, no frustrating picking options and keying numbers into the phone and the security is voice recognition, so you don’t even have to remember a password!If my posts have random wrong words, please blame the damn autocorrect not me0

Tesco are based in Scotland, but they dont give you a current account helpline. You have to phone another department & then ask to be transferred.0

When ive rang that one its an automated voice that doesnt allow you to speak to an actual person if you have an issue0 -
It's a dedicated current account helpline that lets you speak to an actual person without transferring. I used it this morning
