Banks with UK Call Centres

Hi.
I have been with Barclays all of my life but I am really getting sick of them...
Throughout the past few months I have had a lot of trouble accessing the mobile app and online banking. I have phoned almost everyday to get this sorted, speaking to overseas contact centres who do not understand me and I do not understand them. Been promised numerous call backs but nothing has been forthcoming.
Is it time to move banks and maybe make £150 in the switch to Nat West or RBS, or maybe First Direct?
Which of the banks have UK call centres? I have heard First Direct have good customer service but their incentive has just dropped to £50...
Regards
Chris

Monzos customer service is good and all in the UK
All done via the app0 -
Barclays premier banking call centers are all in the UK if there is some way you can qualify for that?• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

On the basis that you are moving because of poor service, which is more important to you - the incentive or the service?
First Direct have scored consistently well for customer service over a number of years. I have and account with NatWest and have always found their service to be OK.0 -
UK call centes, good customer service = FD
As you say only £50 incentive but maybe their regular saver can give you a bit extra too0 -

And if you read their forums you’ll see it is quite common that they don’t answer the phone by cutting you off with a recorded message and can take days to answer app messages.
Hardly the ideal answer for a question asking for good customer service.====0 -
My Nationwide and Halifax/Bank of Scotland calls have always been answered in the UK.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Santander is all UK based and usually pretty pleasant to deal with
If customer service is your main priority then you should probably stop focusing on the bribe0 -
If you go on Barclays social media and ask for their telephony team number it gets you through to Sunderland.
However I’m with NatWest and their calls are all picked up in the U.K.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200
