I'm afraid not. You need to pay off the existing one first.

A change of circumstances advance is for if you start work or move house, it's not classed as a change of circumstances for benefit purposes if you have been awarded LCW or LCWRA.

I am all new to this.. So not sure.. Therefore asking here..
I called uc anyway.. The answer was no.. So you all were correct.. Till I pay of the previous one..
Any idea where I can get food vouchers from..? A bit embarrassing but it is what it is

The problem is I am homeless.. So got no perm addy.. Will they still help me.. Also how am I going to carry food with me everywhere.. From place to place..

MTe, pl don't get me started on council. This is why I ended up in depression and trying to kill myself 3 times.. Apparently if I was a female of same age they would help me as I am more vulnerable
