Yes I have. Paid them a fee to deal with my case. Run by a man named Peter Fisher. Stated I won’t have to pay them anything (First parking Ltd). I over stayed in hospital car park. Company now ceased trading . No web site or phone number. Cancelled. All they did was lodge papers with court for a defence. I now have to go to court unless I settle with Parking First Ltd.My parking ticket didn’t get resolved and he’s told me he’s done all he will for me. BE WARE.I expect he’ll turn up under a different company name. He replied to my email stating he can do no more. Clearly a breach of contract.1

According to CH, no-one is running it,
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11791209/officers
It has changed its registered office three times in a yeary and may have been wound up.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Yes I have too. Paid £18. He told me to ignore all the letter, Unless I’ve been summoned to court he would defect me. I didn’t feel comfortable ignoring the letters and they never stopped coming. Now found Parking Fines Ltd have creased trading today. Have no idea what to do next but pay £170.
I did paid to park at a shopping retail park online with my phone but entered the wrong location address. The retail shop refused to help to waiver the charge. No idea what to do next. Might ask DCBL to take off £100 and I will pay £70Why should I pay £170 if I had PAID 😕0 -

The company has shut down but have been dealing with my two cases with Peter, after months of following his advise and steps this has come to no benefit. He has today turned turnaround today and stated the case is lost and will need to pay the claimant. He has nothing for the cases, but promised so much at the start. AVOID AT ALL COST, I hope others are in early states of the case and have opportunity to settle up now and save a higher bill later. The company I was in dispute with is First Parking. I will now be in a total loss of over £600. Peter Fisher is scamming people and will only waste your time and end up paying much more. My advise again, don't seek support/advise from anyone who can help you avoid paying the fine. Just pay the fine in the early days and be happy. the days winning cases against private companies is over.Raregroove said:Yes I have. Paid them a fee to deal with my case. I am still fighting a PCN from Premier Parking Solutions / bwlegal from August 2017 (now August 2021).
Went to George Street Car Park in Exeter prior to attending a shipmate's wake and the ticket machine would only accept the old one pound coins (the new coins were in circulation since March 2017). As all my change was the new coins I went in search of old coins. Eventually found a shop with some old coins to exchange. Bought my parking ticket from the machine and found a PCN on my windscreen! I was gone about 11 minutes which begs the question of whether the parking attendant was hiding to catch people out.
PPS were not interested in my explanations and continued to harass and threaten me with CCJ's, court, etc. through 3 sets of solicitors so far. bwlegal lasted the longest and are like a dog with a bone!
I found Peter Fisher through Parking Fines Ltd and he was charging £20 to assist or £40 if the case has gone to court.
I paid him the £40 and he's been basically advising me to do nothing each time a letter came from the solicitors.
I've just done a company check and found that Parking Fines Ltd was dissolved eary this year but Peter Fisher still replies to my emails with curt answers saying; Do nothing or You will go to court or No, etc.
Hmmm, thought I was on a winning wicket for a while ... even writing that I will go to prison before I pay PPS for something I had already paid for (of course, it won't be prison... just the bailiffs, etc.).
So, can anyone recommend any expert(s) who I can continue my case with?
I still have the £4 parking ticket as evidence.
