Call from Shield Insurance? Please do not accept!

At o2 we have had notification that people are receiving calls from an 01702 (I'm sure thats the code) number saying they are from Shield Insurance and are authorised to set up DD's on o2's behalf. This is not the case. They are taking bank details and then setting up direct debits. When you try to call the number back, it is unavailable. When they realise they have been caught onto they will probably start calling from a withheld number.
Just to let you all know in case this has happened to you. If it does, o2 needs the details/time/date etc to investigate.
