Sounds like a good plan, although £2 sounds extremely cheap even for Indonesia.k; guess I'll buy a new one then. Had the last one repaired for £2 in Indonesia, so will keep it, get it repaired in Indonesia at some point and then sell it.
I had my daughter's Asus ZenFone screen replaced with Asus original part in Thailand for about £18 when the price in UK was quoted at £80. I also go often to Indonesia so I'll consider that in future. (Unless you dropped a zero?)...Evolution, not revolution0 -

the screen was from bukalapak about £8 or £9 (in UK £18) and the repair was £2. the bloke did say that if you asked him to order the part it would work out more expensive0
