Warrant of control, and if youve ever been told of bank accunt numbers to pay them - check back in your letters - add that to the warrant. They can extract the money directly, I believe, or freeze accounts until payment is made.

Reminds me of the famous phrase by Inspector Harry, Callaghan, "do you feel lucky, punk?".
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

What a bunch of  chancers, not to pay £110.10 when they lost in court fair and square.  Their hot air threats will stick in their throat when it is enforced and costs maybe twice as much.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

C-M - I would maybe include include that letter to the courts, when applying for the warrant, and see if they take a dim view of those threats...

I also fail to see how they can pass the first of the three tests, namely:
first, it must be shown that the evidence could not have been obtained with reasonable diligence for use at the trial:
Given they had the WS *well* in advance of the claim, and presumably this was the evidence in chief of the witness, what are they saying was falsified that theyre only now finding out about, and why didnt they find out about it before?
Youc oudl always SAR them - by definition this is information that is personal to you, as it MUST contain your personal info!
