how would I start negotiations, via phone or email? do I just state the set aside and then offer the amount?
NOT YET THOUGH.
We have explained NOT NOW. You can bottle it later if they don't discontinue.
NOT THIS MONTH. What on earth would be the point? A others have said, they might discontinue and the sum doesn't go up, and you should only pay £100 for the PCN if at all - and ONLY just before the hearing if you bottle it then.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Are you aware that an MP suggested in a HoC debate about curbing the activities of these scammers that it was likely that some may have connections to organised crime?.
Do you really want to pay them a penny, and perhaps fund white slavery, people smuggling, and the importation of crack cocaine? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I don't think they will discontinue and I think in fact the claim may still be standing, as the judge said it was served correctly, but that they would set it aside as I didn't get chance to defend it,? so i think that I have 14 days to send my defence to the court.?0

Why are you "thinking"?
You were there
You know what the judge ordered
You hopefully have an Order frmo the court telling you exactly what you need to do.
Seriously, how can we help on that kind of question? It could be 28 days for all i know...0
